Much of the information on the following web pages is the direct result of contributions and submissions from
Nevada Rare Plant Workshop participants over several decades.
Thank you, and keep up the good work!
- Nevada Rare Plant Atlas
- http://heritage.nv.gov/atlas/atlas.html
- Provides Nevada dot maps and fact sheets for 249 of the 297 plants and lichens currently on the
At-risk and Watch lists of NNHP. The fact sheets include information on conservation and population status, known threats and impacts, inventory effort, land management, geographic range, habitat and elevations, life history, and descriptive and other biological characteristics. Sources of
photographs and drawings are also cited or linked when known, and additional literature citations are provided for further information on each taxon.
- Nevada Wildflower Reports On-line and
Great Basin Precipitation Watch
- http://heritage.nv.gov/wildflow.htm and
http://heritage.nv.gov/weather/gbprecip.htm
