The following privacy policy for the Nevada Natural Heritage Program's web site supplements the State of Nevada On-line Privacy Policy. Notice, Choice, and Consent: The Nevada Natural Heritage Program web site does not use "cookies" or any other "clandestine" means to obtain information about the users of our web site, nor do we maintain any on-line forms capable of being submitted via our web site. In the event you allow us, explicitly or implicitly, to share your contact information with another person, agency, or organization, it then becomes your responsibility to contact that entity if you wish to change or remove any of your contact information retained by that entity.
Integrity and Security: we will employ all managerial and technical measures known and available to us to protect your contact information from unauthorized access, destruction, disclosure, or use. However, we cannot guarantee that such unauthorized activities will not occur, and therefore cannot be liable for any consequences thereof.
