In addition to our primary active programs (Botany, Zoology, and Wetlands), NDNH works to generate and consolidate data related to terrestrial ecology and climate change, and to be a leader supporting community-based science within Nevada. These endeavors are currently completed by existing staff as time allows, and our Division is continually seeking funding to further develop and expand these important programs, including by adding dedicated staff for implementation.
